くらしの良品研究所で行っている研究テーマ「そうじを楽しく」の、商品が生まれるまでのご紹介や、そうじに関する知識をまとめました。また、中目黒のごはん屋さん「ことこと」のオーナーシェフ、佐藤ひろみさんや、曹洞宗の大本山總持寺、花和浩明老師のそうじについてインタビューも掲載しています。
